About Us
Our company was founded in 1998 when Curtis B. Jolley, PT joined Kim W. Reid, PT in his Bountiful physical therapy practice. Together, they formed PerformanceWest Physical Therapy, and created a new standard of excellence in patient care. They worked hard to provide Davis County and the Ogden Valley with highly skilled physical therapists, and a variety of specialty services. Today, we proudly serve our community with an experienced team of talented specialists in general orthopedics, sports injuries, spine conditions, balance disorders, women’s health, and more. Kim W. Reid - Physical Therapist
Areas of Focus: Bountiful Clinic - Owner
Shoulder, Knee, Neck and Headaches, Foot and Ankle, Orthopedics and Sports Conditions
25 years of clinical experience. Kim is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and its Orthopedic, Sports and Private Practice Sections. He has served in many positions on a state level, including president of the Utah Physical Therapy Association. He enjoys time with his family, being in the mountains and backcountry snowmobiling.

Curtis Jolley - Physical Therapist

Curtis graduated in physical therapy from the University of Utah in 1989, and received his Masters in Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 1993. Curtis treats all orthopedic related conditions, but has a passion for spinal care and manual therapy. He has served in various board positions at the state level of the American Physical Therapy Association, and has served as Chapter President of the Utah PTA. In his free time, Curtis loves spending time with his family, golf and visiting St. George.

Amanda Thompson - Physical Therapist
Areas of Focus: Bountiful Clinic
Vestibular, Balance and Fall Prevention and Treatment
Amanda graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with multiple post graduate course work in balance, dizziness and fall prevention treatment. She now specializes in balance retraining, treatment of dizziness and vestibular disorders and fall prevention at PerformanceWest. Amanda is a retired runner and basketball player, but still enjoys mountain biking, cycling, skiing, boating and hiking. She loves to go camping with her husband and three kids, and spends a lot of her time serving as the ultimate soccer mom.

Stuart Sondrup - Physical Therapist

Jake graduated from Idaho State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He was first inspired to become a PT while working as a patient aide at PerformanceWest's Bountiful clinic. A lifelong sports fan, he played soccer through college. Jake loves working with his patients, and is passionate about maximizing their recovery. When he's not at work, he loves spending time with his family.
