Physical Therapy is very accessible to patients in the state of Utah. You can schedule directly with our physical therapists, without a referral from your physician, except in the cases of Medicare and Tricare insurance. Physical Therapists have been acknowledged legislatively as primary care providers for musculoskeletal issues, meaning you can see us directly for your aches and pains, as well as injuries, of your joints and muscles, headaches, balance issues, pelvic floor, weakness, and etc. Our Physical Therapists are also able to order xrays and MRIs, and several are certified in dry needling. INSURANCE

We understand medical insurance can be confusing and complicated for most of us.

Insurance plans vary, even within companies.

Therefore, we will contact your insurance company to verify your benefits

WE WILL LET YOU KNOW:

Your deductible amount remaining (if applicable)

Co-payment or percentage payment you will owe per visit (if applicable)

THINGS WE WILL DO:

Bill your insurance for each visit provided

Collect your co-payment, percentage payment or private payment each visit

Routinely work with you and your insurance company to obtain authorization for extended visits (as needed)

Offer reasonable private pay rates
